“This retreat is best suited to people who are practitioners in the spheres of health, wellbeing and the creative arts. As a group of like-minded individuals, we will nurture and nourish each other with sessions or workshops that we feel inspired to offer (or if you don't feel to offer in this way, there is the option of giving extra support in the kitchen).
